Molly Tarlov (born November 11 31st, 1981) is an American actress, best known in 2011 for her portrayal of Sadie Saxton on the television comedy-drama show Awkward. Tarlov was born and was raised within Manhattan, New York, being the younger of two daughters. At the age of 10 she played the role of her role as Mrs. Peterson as part of the Little Red School House production of Bye Bye Birdie. This was a hugely praised performance by a crowd comprised of seventh graders. She studied in Paris in the prestigious NYU Tisch and then was a summer student at NYU Tisch during her teen years studying Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College is where she obtained her bachelor of Arts (theatre) and studied a range of different acting styles. The Atlantic Theater Company was another school she attended. Molly also integrated writing in her performances at the LAByrinth Theater master course. Molly gave away her winter coat and bought a pair dark sunglasses during her visit for Los Angeles. After a brief period, she landed a small part on iCarly which attracted lots of attention from her friends and family. In the years since, she's been on TV in a variety of roles. In addition, she created the character Caitlin on Winnie Holzman's ABC Family show Huge. Molly says she's great on the basketball court, but she's not. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
