Angela Watson

Angela Christine Watson, born November 12, 1975 is an American model and actress who is best known for playing Karen Foster in Step by Step. In the sitcom she played Carol Foster Lambert's daughter Suzanne Somers. Angela Watson is a National Board Certified teacher who has a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She has 11 years of experience in the classroom and more than a decade of expertise as instructor coach. Angela created this website in 2003 as a new teacher to help educators develop an optimistic attitude and to share classroom ideas. It was originally called Ms. Powell's Management Ideas for Teachers until 2008 after which it was changed to The Cornerstone for Teachers after her first book. Angela's 40-hour Workweek program is in use in over 45,000 school districts to improve the efficiency of their staff. It was originally designed for teachers, 40 Hour was later expanded and included instructional coaches as part of the administrative staff. It helps teachers be more mindful of their contract time and instruction so that they are focused on what is important.
