Fitness instructor and YouTuber, she is known as the inventor of 21 Day Fix. She holds a certificate as a fitness trainer and belongs to the Beachbody trainer community. In September 27, 2013, she started her own YouTube channel on which she shares fitness tips and workouts. Her previous work was on Brooke Burke's Modern Mom website. She played in the role between 2006 and the year 2010. Newton and co-star Michael Urie co-hosted Ugly Betty's podcast. They also co-starred on ABC.com's Mode After Hours, alongside Urie. Ugly Betty, which lasted 4 seasons before being cancelled by ABC in 2010. Chris Diamantopoulos was her husband in 2005. They gave birth to a son during the year 2010.
